SPACE OPTIONS & FEES
Food Trucks
- Space Size: Up to 30' x 30' to accommodate truck, trailer, and prep area
- Fee: $500 for full festival access (Thurs–Sat)
- Includes: Dedicated food truck zone, access to greywater disposal, 20amp - power access (see power policy below), 3 vendor wristbands
SETUP & OPERATING HOURS
- Setup: Wednesday, September 17, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Operating Hours: Thursday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Vendors may open earlier or stay open later based on foot traffic, but must be active during peak hours.
- Tear Down: Sunday, September 21 by 12:00 PM
POWER & EQUIPMENT
20amp power will be available to all vendors and food trucks.
If additional power is required (e.g., 30amp, 50amp, or dedicated circuits), vendors must:
- Bring their own generator
- OR arrange for upgraded service in advance at additional cost (subject to availability)
Vendors must bring:
- All tents, tables, and signage
- Power cords rated for outdoor use
- Lighting for evening operation
FESTIVAL POLICIES
- Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying their own sales tax to the State of Oklahoma.
- Health Permits: All food vendors must display appropriate licenses and permits from Cherokee County Health Department.
- Cleanliness: Each vendor must keep their area clean and dispose of trash in designated areas.
- Safety: No open flames unless approved by festival staff. Food trucks must maintain proper fire suppression systems.
- Noise: Vendors may play music quietly, but amplification must not interfere with festival programming.
LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT
- Vehicles must be removed from vendor area immediately after unloading
- On Sunday, vendors may begin load-out by 10:30 AM unless otherwise directed
- No early breakdowns without festival approval
PASSES & CREDENTIALS
- Vendor and Food Truck fees include a set number of wristbands:
- Activation Vendors: 2 wristbands
- Food Trucks: 3 wristbands
- Additional vendor wristbands may be purchased at a discounted rate prior to the event.
